What can I say....a wonder of the world and thanks to Colibrí who get us there early we didn't encounter crowds, 100% recommended

Excellent service, from the attention via WhatsApp from Andrea and as a guide Anel, a very kind girl and excellent explanation, as a driver Diego, excellent driving.

They were very punctual with departures and arrivals, our guide Jonny was very cool, attentive, and takes the best photos!👌🏼 The tour is very well put together; at Chichén Itzá you do suffer from the heat, but with the stop at the cenote you cool off very well. The cenote is one of the best I have visited (clean and well-maintained facilities) and the food is very good and plentiful! You do have to bring a lunch for breakfast.

With heavy heart I have to say that unfortunately we did not enjoy this tour. We decided to book with Colibrì because of the high reviews and the fact it included both Chichén Itzá and Cenote Ik Kil, which we really wanted to visit. Travelling by ADO and not having a car meant that we had to rely on a tour. We didn’t imagine, however, that this would penalise us and lessen our experience of the archeological site. This wasn’t our first site tour in Mexico and, although it was supposed to be the most special, it has also been the poorest. Time was not managed, in my opinion, correctly and with less than 2 hours within the site we found ourselves running in extreme heat to exit the site (just the walk back to the entrance takes 20/30 minutes) to reach the meeting point. This happened not because we wasted time, but merely because we wanted to try and explore the entirety of the site. The guided tour only touched the sacred Cenote, Kukulcan temple and juego de la pelota court with no free time left (we had to walk away from the guide once realised we only had 30 minutes left). It is a pity because we will never get our time back and it was cut short… not allowing us to make the most of a very steep entrance ticket. To make matters worse, the stop in Izamal was way to long (even more so as we were caught in torrential rain and made to get off anyway), I wish that time would been allocated to more free time in Chichén Itzá. I think Izamal could just be a photo stop. I cannot say how this tour compares to others in the area but I can say that if I could do it all over again I would try to find a different solution. Unfortunately it was a true disappointment. A point in their favour is that everything advertised has in fact been offered day of.

Jorge "Leonardo DiCaprio" the guide is excellent, very clear, truthful, and witty. The driver Diego is a good driver. Everything was good, it was a nice experience

Excellent, it is a tour that requires energy because there are several activities, everything well organized, the transportation comfortable, the places are wonderful but it is made better by learning and understanding it thanks to the information they share with us. We enjoyed it from beginning to end. Many thanks to Jorge and Diego, 10/10, they make the trip entertaining, always attentive; we would definitely take a tour with them again.

The food was terrible, and the guide did not know as much about the site as you’d expect. The guide did not stop whistling for the entire time we were in the van which drove everyone out of their minds. The whistling started at 7am and did not stop until we got back. I literally can’t describe how annoying it was. The organization was nice to get to various sites but we didn’t have much time at Chichen Itza either. It’s probably better to just rent a car and do it all on your own, especially if you want to see all of Chichen Itza.
