Helen gave us a great deal of information, helped us in every possible way, and guided us through the fascinating history of the Forbidden City.
We all found the tour really captivating and the depth of Vanessa’s knowledge incredible. So fun to learn that much about Chinese history on top of viewing the beautiful buildings. Skiping some of the lines also made the whole experience a lot more enjoyable as it was a huge area to explore which was a bit harsh on the feet.

Very good tour. Snow was enthusiastic and positive and very good at answering our questions. Very good up front communication on day prior to meet up to confirm logistics. The Forbidden city itself is pretty extraordinary. Several passport checks needed so be prepared to share with provider. Recommended
We were able to get checked by security fairly quickly. Our guide, Mary, kept us entertained by lots of fun stories, facts and important historical dates. She reviewed this information throughout the day to help us make the connections with what we were seeing within the walls of the Forbidden City. It was a lovely morning and at the end of the tour, Mary pointed me in the right direction to walk to the top of Jingshan Hill (opposite north exit) and also gave me recommendations for lunch. A memorable and exciting day for me! Can't wait to choose another fascinating tour!
Vanessa was a fantastic guide, she put in so much effort and was always smiling despite the blistering heat. She was extremely informative and just a lovely guide, without whom it would have been difficult to navigate forbidden city

Neo was a gentle and well informed guide. The tour itself was good but I’d say it’s not for the faint-hearted because the queue for T Square was nearly 2 hours long and it was around 33 degrees! One point worth noting - the meet up point listed on the tripadvisor booking confirmation was totally wrong. Follow the meet up directions that the company sends you via the WhatsApp you will receive once you’ve paid for the ticket.

Melinda was a wonderful and delightful tour guide for both Tiananmen Sq and the Forbidden City. Melinda was very knowledgeable about the history , culture and timeline of each tour interest providing factual information in concise English She was a great communicator before and after the tour regarding where to meet and how to return to our destinations and kept us moving so we stayed with the timeline and saw .what was described..
