He was very accommodating with gluen allergy. Great restaurants and taught us lots of history.
Bill was a great guide. Very patient answered all our questions. Knew all the best places to get food. Took care of our dietary needs as well.

The food choices were amazing and very tasty! I would suggest adding more history or tour commentary. We've done many food tours and this is one thing I like about them. Also, at the beginning, the tour guide insinuated that we should also take sample tastes instead of eating the entire item. I think there was a translation issue here to English though since everyone but me and my husband, just took a tiny bite, thinking we would be having more food later. They should have said we were going to have samples of different food types; not take just sample bites. By the end of the tour, all but me and my spouse were still hungry; unusual for a food tour. Either add more tasting items or make sure to encourage eating everything!
