Aggravating
I booked transportation from Fort Lauderdale to Miami. Transportation company didn’t show up could not get in touch with him and had to take an alternative mode of transportation, which made me miss my opening presentation at my business meeting.

Fast, efficient, and friendly service
Alex was awesome. He was at the airport waiting for us, picked up our bags, and had us to the hotel within 30 minutes of landing. This was the easiest transfer ever!
