There were six of us at this cooking class and are absolutely thrilled! Souka was a great cook – super warm, patient and explained everything understandably. The atmosphere was relaxed and we had an incredible time cooking together. In the end, we could not only enjoy delicious Moroccan dishes, but also learned a lot about the cuisine. A real highlight of our time in Fes – clear recommendation!
The cooking class with Souka was fabulous! She was excellent at providing directions and instructions on how to cook traditional Moroccan food! We have been slightly disappointed with what we have eaten in restaurants, but Souka showed us what real Moroccan food made from the freshest ingredients should taste like! Who knew couscous took 3hrs if done properly! This class is highly recommended - the end result was magnificent! Souka needs to open a restaurant!!! Thankyou for your guidance Souka!

What an incredible day! Souka was a fantastic host in a beautiful riad setting. Even with my dietary restrictions (vegetarian and gluten-free), the meal was spectacular and perfectly tailored to my needs. Having photos taken of the experience was such a thoughtful touch, and getting the recipes at the end was the perfect bonus. Highly recommended
