Everything was perfect. I was panicking a lot, but thanks to the experienced team and their attentiveness, every moment went really well. I especially want to thank Tolga and Sami. It's an experience every person should have before they die.

My paragliding experience was amazing! The scenery was breathtaking, and I felt very safe throughout the flight. The instructor was highly professional, friendly, and provided detailed information at every stage. Even though it was my first time flying, I wasn't scared at all and I thoroughly enjoyed this unforgettable experience. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who wants to experience both adrenaline and nature. I will definitely come back. Thank you!

After i booked it, they messaged me asking me to change the day of the booking which was a bit inconvenient for me as i had already booked other excursions. But it not a big deal, so i changed the booking. But then, on the day, a few hours before the activity, they randomly messaged me saying they had to cancel. And asked me to cancel it on Viator. I understand due to unforeseen circumstances, things happen so i asked the reason why we had to cancel. They didn't give me any reason at all. And i realised and told them i couldn't cancel it on Viator because there was less than 24 hours gap and i wont get any refund at all. If they told me the day before i would've cancelled, no problem, and got a refund. Me and my friend paid over £140+ on this and were disappointed and didnt want to lose our money, not paraglide and especially with no reason given. They didnt give any alternative at all or say they will cancel it so we can get a refund to help us. And when i explained this, he randomly said 'OK' and said we will collect you and paraglide today. So they randomly changed their mind? When we got picked up we saw a group of 3 others that had booked the same thing, with us. So clearly the weather wasn't an issue, they were already had other tourists in the coach they were going to paraglide with. They only wanted to cancel with us? I felt like the instructor was mad or angry about it as if it was my fault because the whole ride there, they ignored me and my friend but were chatting to the other tourists. There was no explanation of what was going to happen, where to go, what to expect, etc. We were just confused and followed one of the guys and he just told us, come here, put this on, ready, run, go, etc. No conversation. Again ignored as if we were forcing them to do it. And then at the end, he offered pictures which i didnt really want, i just asked how much it was, and he already uploaded the photos to my phone and then said thats $30.... Since he already uploaded them all on my phone, i felt pressured to pay, even though none of the photos were good and i didnt get to see them before hand. The actual paragliding and being in the air itself was a good experience of-course, i did get a bit sick though because he kept spinning right left and round and round, but my friend enjoyed it mostly.
