Thank you for your feedback. We understand that the route operated on the day of your tour differed from the itinerary and would like to clarify the reason. During the week of your tour, some areas experienced strong winds and high waves. Rather than compromise the safety of our guests, our captain followed the alternative route designated for such weather and sea conditions. On boat tours, weather, wind and sea conditions can change even during the course of the day. For this reason, the captain may assess the conditions even at the moment of entering a planned bay and, when necessary for safety, change the order of the stops or choose a safer bay for swimming instead. This is an operational decision that must sometimes be made at sea with passenger safety as the priority. We understand that experiencing a different route from the one you expected may have been disappointing. However, the change was not made arbitrarily, but was a decision taken by the captain solely to ensure that the tour could be operated safely under the sea and weather conditions on that day.
