Wow, wow wow! Is how I would describe this tour. The calmness and beauty of the desert is indescribable. We experienced feeding the birds on the water and a fantastic lunch prepared perfectly and served on a traditional tent in comfort after a fun filled day! Thank you Amon Ra Tours. This was an amazing experience! My tour guide roma made me feel very welcome and explained everything really well! The views were great and the food was really yummy. They also give you the autonomy to explore at your own pace, overall 10/10 experience and would recommend to everyone!

They are very friendly and attentive, the places are expectaculates, the food very good and you would contact them again. My sister and I felt so safe and comfortable. For sure I will conta them again when I return

I would definitely recommend this experience. I got to row a boat, sandboard on the dunes, and climb a mountain. You will not be disappointed and you will walk away having had a full day of activities. As someone who wanted a female guide, Roma was great in explaining the various locations and their history and was kind in helping me navigate the area.

This trip was interesting particularly the history and personal attention from my guides. We had delicious food and local.

Had Eslam as my guide and he was great! Kept everything running smoothly and lunch was to die for. The ‘hike’ really isn’t anything as bad as some other reviewers made it out to be so don’t be put off by it!

Fayoum is an amazing place that seems almost unreal. We had all the lake and dunes for ourselfs which was a great change to the hustle in cairo. The food was also very good and the driver fun. I would recommend this tour 100%, it felt special and like something not so touristy.”

We had a beautiful day with Amany (guide) and Mohamed (driver). They were both excellent, warm, friendly and accommodating. Amany taught us a lot about Fayoum and Egyptian culture in general. Fayoum is a unique place with beautiful views and lots to see. Well worth the trip!

This place was so tranquil and unlike any place I have every seen. The waterfall and Lake Qarun are amazingly beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed it here. The lunch provided was delicious! And the sand boarding was so much fun! Do this excursion with Amon Ra Tours!
