5番街のスワロフスキーはオーストリアクリスタルハウス最大のフラッグシップで、2023年12月にオープンした2階建て、約14,400平方フィートの小売スペースです。 スワロフスキーのクリエイティブディレクター、ジョバンナ・エンゲルベルトがデザインしたこの店舗は、伝統的なジュエリーカウンターのアプローチを貫き、ピンク、イエロー、ブルー、グリーン、マシュマロといったブランドを象徴するパレットを中心に構築された、色と光の没入型世界へと導きます。

It was a nice way to sod a few hours learning about what goes on “behind” the windows. We were with Denise who brought unique insight with her many years experience in the industry. I’d highly recommend this tour for fashionistas and people interested in NYC and retail history
Such a fun adventure down 5th Avenue! Our group started at Sak's, touring all inside and then exploring various stores along the blocks of luxurious and elegant retailers. We were able to pop into Coach, Tiffany's, and Bergdorf Goodman. Our tour guide was not only fashionable in style, but well-reserved in the history of 5th Avenues and its iconic flagships, jewelers, and stores.
It was a great tour, I learned a lot and had fun strolling around the various stores and designs.
No one showed up for my scheduled tour. My daughter was looking forward to this and we are extremely disappointed Ted we got scammed. No one answers at the phone number listed on the tickets. No one responds to email. And we kept getting redirected between two locations. Don’t waste your money!
SCAM!!! It's totally a scam. I've paid the money for a nobody tour. I arrived at the meeting place( sure on time!!!), but nobody led the tour. Poor me asking for help like an idiot. Fool me around and get the answer is POLICY, so NO REFUND. What a TOUR!!!
The tour I took today with Denise was fabulous. She is an expert in designing window displays, and walked us up Fifth Avenue to many of the upscale stores such as Tiffany's, Bergdorf Goodman, Zara, and Coach while commenting on the design and structure of the window displays. We all learned a lot while having so much fun. Her knowledge of Art Deco architechure was an unexpected bonus.
This tour was amazing. I had such an awesome experience and Denise was so knowledgeable about the stores and brands within the tour. I will definitely do this again and I recommend it to people that want a little history lesson on 5th anenue fashion.
I had so much fun learning about all the fashion in the city. Our tout guide, Denise was so knowledgeable about everything going on with these companies and other things only someone in the industry would know. Learned a lot and if you like fashion, this is the tour for you!
Although I had no interest in fashion, I loved this tour. Our guide Anne told fascinating stories about the designers and provided striking facts. (The shoe department at Saks Fifth Avenue has its own zip code.) The windows and displays were amazing. I particularly liked Coach's huge stegosaurus composed of pocketbooks. Anne also gave enough tips on shopping that if I ever decide to become stylish, I will know where to go.
My daughter and I had a great time through the tour. Our guide was fantastic and though it was a really hot and humid day, she made it a fun experience. If you like to know how the fashion designers came to be and what inspires their window designs this tour is for you :)
