On time pickup. Friendly driver. Safe ride to the airport. Oddly though I purchased a private transfer for a fair bit of money. The transfer was conducted by an old (365000 kilometre) active service taxi. There was insufficient air conditioning. The metre was running and I could easily tell that I would have paid considerably less had I just called for a taxi at the outset.
