Why would you advertise a charge of $36.00 for a trip from the airport and then actually charge $65!!! Just not right!

I had a very disappointing experience with this transfer service from Bariloche to my hotel. Despite booking in advance, the transfer did not show up, leaving me stranded at the airport for over an hour. It was extremely difficult to find another transfer at the last minute, and I ended up having to pay double the expected cost. This situation caused a lot of unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I would not recommend this service to anyone, as their reliability is highly questionable.

Very important: they answered emails very quickly; usually within 24 hours. Love this! At the airport, the driver was already waiting for us with a sign with my name. Made it very easy to locate the driver. Extremely helpful with managing our luggage. The driver spoke very little English but he was prepared and ready to use a translation app to answer any questions we had. We felt safe with the driver. Would we use this company again? Yes. Would we recommend this company? Yes.

Pick up and drop off at hotel was very good. Before I left the US I confirmed with Viator support desk that I had transfer back to the airport. We even discussed and booked a pick uptime at the hotel for transport back to airport. Upon arrival I spoke with Viator in Buenos Aires and they confirmed that my purchase was only airport to hotel and no return. I spent about an hour with Viator support verifying all my bookings do not understand how this happened.

All went well in booking & pre communication. Arrived and waited in the proper determined location on time. Waited an hour, sent 3 messages to the shuttle provider over that time, with no response. Had to make alternate transportation arrangements. I asked for a refund, they responded by requiring me supplying receipts, and clearing through Viator. How foolish they have all that information and know they didn’t complete their end of the contract
