Waheed was great, patient and attentive. Be ready for a long day but worth it. Pro tip, bring water slides for red rocks canyon.
WALLEED did a good job taking us on our Waterton National Park tour today. We got to spend enough time at each stop to appreciate it. He was friendly and knowledgeable about each stop.
Absolutely amazing tour and incredible value! Waleed was an awesome guide: very sweet, accommodating, friendly, and knowledgeable throughout the entire experience. It is a long day with a lot packed into the itinerary, but he kept everything enjoyable, relaxed, and fun from beginning to end. We also got to see a fair amount of wildlife like bisons, deers & even a bear The tour uses a great mix of GPS-guided automated audio and Waleed’s own insights and commentary, so you get plenty of information about the places you are visiting without it feeling overwhelming. We covered so much in one day, including Head-Smashed-In Buffalo Jump, the Bison Paddock Loop, Prince of Wales Hotel, Waterton townsite and Waterton Lakes National Park, Red Rock Canyon, Cameron Falls, and Lundbreck Falls. We were also incredibly lucky to catch live performances at Head-Smashed-In Buffalo Jump, which made the experience even more memorable. The scenery throughout the day was beautiful, and I really appreciated how much variety the tour offered, from Indigenous history and bison to mountains, waterfalls, canyons, and Waterton itself. For the number of places covered and the overall experience, I thought this tour was amazing value. Waleed really helped make a long and packed day feel enjoyable. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting to experience Waterton and some of southern Alberta’s highlights in one day!
