The Kigali City Tour was another amazing experience in Rwanda that we booked with Kindness Tours. This day, our guides were Eric and Hortance. We visited the Genocide Memorial, Campaign Against Genocide Museum (John was just a gracious guide), lunch, a visit to the vibrant marketplace, the city walk and the day ended at Mount Kigali! I will never forget this day!

We experienced the kigali the capital of rwanda with kindness where a Eric the guide show us the hidden germ of the city local food was perfect and history of rwanda was very touching

My wife and I booked kindness tours on a two day city tour. Everything about this experience was excellent. Both days, they were on time and explained everything that we would be doing. They were patient with us and answered all of our questions during the tour. Eric and Celine were phenomenal! They were both so kind and friendly! It felt like we had known them our entire lives. They did everything in their power to accommodate us and they ensured that we had a great time and tons of memories to take back with us to the United States. As a couple who travels often internationally, we are very familiar with taking tours and this is one of the best tour experiences that we have had! You will see all of the most important sights and attractions with Kindness tours and if we are ever in Rwanda again, they will be the first people that we will call. Thanks again Eric and Celine! I had one day left in Rwanda, and I happened to bump into the host of Kindness Tours, Eric. I asked him if he could set a day up for me which takes me out of the city to see nature, meet the locals and also do some activities. Eric got back to me within a few hours with a full itinerary for an excellent price. Eric is a great host and offers good value for money. He knows Rwanda well and can take you on your dream tour, as long as you put it by him first. I was solo travelling, he took me to fazenda activity forest where I rode a quad and a horse, above Kigali and overlooking the Nyabarongo river. We then visited Umusambi village, where we seen protected animal species in a wetland. Finally, we explored Nyandungu Eco park before he dropped me off at the airport. I highly recommend travelling with Kindness Tours. It is full of surprises and you can see what Rwanda has to offer with them :)
