I never received the activation email , no return from the provider

I never got the e-sim while I was in Malaysia despite my reaching out to Viator and the company. I got an email from the company only weeks after my trip. So this was incredibly useless, poor service and should be avoided.

eSIM works as expected even for last minute purchase. I did took a little longer for the vendor to setup the QR code. Afterward it's all good.
