I had two different for my round-trip airport transfer. Both drivers were professional and very helpful. Of course, my driver who picked me up gave me a lot of great recommendations for my time in Kampala. I would also recommend for solo travelers.

Our driver Hamza was incredibly patient and kind, he waited over an hour while we dealt with lost luggage at the airport without a single complaint. On the drive from Entebbe to Kampala, he shared fascinating bits of Ugandan history and culture, making the ride both smooth and enriching. If the car and the transfer were correct There are things that don't work The drivers were on time both ways and drove very well. But there is payment you can choose by card or cash and I took the card. On the way out, nothing to say, just one payment, but on the way back, always by card, it seems that it didn't work and so the driver swiped the card twice and didn't want to give me a ticket. and so of course it was debited to me twice.... no way to be reimbursed and this despite emails since January 12 and he responds it's in progress!!!! This is Slohop transfers This happened in Gran Canaria for a round trip from the airport/hotel
Sorry for the inconvenience We think you are reviewing on a wrong trip. 1. We only operate in Uganda not grand Canaria. 2. All our trips booked through viator are card trips. For this case viator does all the finance between the two parties. We don’t swipe cards the payment is automatically done by the viator system. We kindly regret your miss conception of the matter
