Great communicasion and service.

Tony was our driver for the day in Crete and took us on the best adventure to get to the world famous Elafonisi Beach! He gave us a lot of history and insights on the long drive from our port and stoped at a great spot for local olive oil, honey, and other great products. He then took us to Falassarna Beach for a relaxing afternoon of food and sun. The scenic drive was just as breathtaking as the beach! Loved every minute of this day! We were on a cruise that had the itinerary change at the last minute, so our tour was not pre-booked. It happened as a result of a very friendly and helpful woman, Christine (SeabyBus). Tony at Crete Lux Travel could help us and make this iconic beach day happen for us! I was so relieved as this was one of my must do things on this vacation. Thank you Tony (and Christine) for the best day! I hope to return one day and do this again!

The best experience ever.! Super good service and the kindest chauffeurs 🌸 It was so fantastic to arrive at the airport and be picked up by this really kind and serviceminded person.! And also going back to the airport!! The warmest and highest recommendation from here.! Also the cost, is so fair and actually cheaper then buying the transfer with the travel agency.

We were on a cruise and had a limited time. Great beach, wish we had more time. Pick up and drop off was smooth and easy.

We had an amazing day, from start to finish. Vagelis (our guide) was waiting just off the dock for us and happily escorted us around the island. The van was very comfortable and accommodated our group of 8. We spent about 2 hours at the beach, which was quite crowded but absolutely beautiful- one of the best beaches for water and sand that we’ve ever been to. The tour company does provide mats and umbrellas but it is recommended to bring your own towels. Please note that it is quite a hike down to the water, taking about 15-20 minutes. After the beach, we stopped by the cave which is about 150-200 steps but well worth the visit. Finally, Vagellis recommended a restaurant with local specialties which was friendly, convenient, delicious and a good value. He did not pressure us to stop by any stores or make any purchases and even gifted us some local honey and olive oil. I HIGHLY recommend requesting Vagellis as your tour guide. He made the day so enjoyable. Now, I want to visit this stunning island again!!

We had a wonderful trip to elafonisi beach with Tony our driver who was welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you for stopping for us on the way back to allow us to buy olive oil which was delicious and well worth the time.

Beach day to Elafonisi with some fun stops along the way. Picked up outside of Chania. Communication and timeliness were perfect. We had two vans, both drivers fun and friendly, knowledgeable and very willing to be flexible and cater the experience as needed. Beach is stunning. Cave was worth the stop. Kiosk was a photo op and chance to buy some souvenirs. Felt a little bit like a stop to buy stuff, but there was zero pressure to do so, and therefore fine. Really close to a five star experience, but have to dock one star because in the description it said some umbrellas were provided, which is true - three in total - and appreciated because the beach fills quickly and all the umbrellas were sold out early. But of the three provided only one had enough parts to be assembled correctly, and two were barely three feet above the sand. Not ideal for our sensitive skin travelers who needed them. So go as early as possible, don’t count on the provided umbrellas as your only protection, and enjoy a world class beach. Does get crowded quickly, but there’s room to spread and get away.
