Guide didn't show up said they tried phoning me they DIDN'T. 30 mins we waited no show. £160 for a family of 8 for a museum that is free. Daylight robbery. Refusing to give me a refund even tho we was there and they wasnt

This was a last minute thing for me to do as we wanted to fill our time whist we waiting to do another booked experience, and I was pleasantly surprised! The tour itself was quick but fun and informative. The museum is big so it’s was great to be shown main key sights with better understanding of the areas. Finished on the rooftop which was nice given the weather!
This guided tour was amazing and so informative. My boyfriend and I had such a wonderful time! The guide was incredibly friendly and chatty, and made sure we didn’t miss a thing. The museum was clean, well organised, and everything kept us interested throughout the entire tour. I would definitely recommend this guided tour to anyone, it’s truly not one to be missed!
