This was the perfect way to start our Queenstown holiday. What amazing scenery and interrsting commentary for those who are new to the offroad Ebikes experience or an experienced rider. Our guide Shay is the perfect person to take you through some amazing landscapes, stopping occasionally and taking lots of wonderful shots, whether he was stationary or riding his bike. The commentary was enhanced by a two way walkie talkie so you didn't miss out on anything. The ride itself also catered for everyone regardless of fitness levels. My only disappointment was that it wasn't long enough. We will definitely be back to do the other courses available. Again thank you Shay.

Thanks for a fantastic experience! We really enjoyed the ride. Shay was an amazing guide and clearly explained how to use the bikes and handle the different terrain. One of our friends was a first-time rider, and Shay did a great job coaching her through everything and helping her feel comfortable. We loved stopping along the way for drinks and snacks to keep our energy up. The ride took us through beautiful Queenstown lakes, farms, parks, and various parts of Queenstown. The walkie-talkies made communication easy, and the route was both scenic and challenging. The photos and video Shay took were a lovely surprise and a much-appreciated bonus. We would highly recommend this experience for first time to Queenstown.

We had an amazing experience, our guide and instructor Shay was kind, fun and patient. The bikes were incredible and made the ride super easy and all the more enjoyable. We got to see beautiful views, hear a bit about the history of the land and the Maori people. Plus we got to move our old bones which can only be a benefit.

It was a great ride. Semma the woman whole lead the guide was terrific. I was a bit nervous at first but shevwas extremely patient and made sure I was 100% comfortable. The ride was really fun with great scenery. Highly recommend this tour!

Shay did an incredible job coaching me down some rocky hills! Would not recommend unless you are in good shape and have some experience with an e-bike. There was some driving on the street in narrow spaces.

Shay and Ksena run a superb, well organised professional outfit and their attention to detail is commendable. A full safety briefing and familiarisation with bikes precedes the experience, and we’re all provided with helmets, radios and a backpack with a drink and snack. Our guides, the lovely Alexa and the Rockin’ Jordan enhanced the ride, giving us guidance and some great local history about their beautiful backyard. I was literally flying out of the country straight after this trip and they could not have been more helpful. I highly recommend this fabulous company!

This is the best tour I have ever taken. It was a 3 hour tour. There were 6 family members ranging from 16 to 71 years of age and Shay our guide was fantastic. On the day we arrived it was raining, and he was happy to wait an hour until it eased. We were given protein bars and drinks. The helmets and gloves were spotless and cleaned after every use. I was hesitant with the big hills, but with Shay's encouragement I managed to do them. The scenery was fantastic. My husband and I have done multiple bike tours around the world and this was by far the best, absolutely incredible. Thank you for making our holiday in Queenstown New Zealand so memorable and given us wonderful memories. Lisa
