Guide Louis excellent. Driver Louis good. Whole tour very enjoyable. PROBELM - our tickets stated one time, but the other couple unknown to us and making a 2 couple tour had tickets for an hour later. We waited at the port for 50 minutes for the tour to start.

Kudos to the management, guide and driver who made this memorable tour possible for our group of 8 people. This beautiful heritage site really needs more time to explore thoroughly. Cruise ships usually spend more time docked at Puerto Quetzal. We were there from 7:30 am to 2:30 pm. But, oh, how special this place is!!! Our guide is from Antigua and knows the history and people. The driver negotiated the narrow streets skillfully. We originally planned on going as a couple, but the night before our tour, our companions wanted to go too. The tour company made it happen with a comfortable van. We had a great time!

We booked a shore excursion from Puerto Quetzal to Antigua. The van picked us up at the cruise terminal on time. The guide Nyla was very nice. She told us some bad facts about Guatemala. We stopped to watch volcano eruption. In Antigua we met up with a very nice guy Hugo for walking tour. Hugo was patient and adjusted the tour according to our preference. We loved him. The only issue apart from traffic jams was our driver who seemed careless. He was chatting with a guide non stop barely looking at the road and we all were scared when he overpassed other cars and nearly hit the bikers and people couple of times. The road back from Antigua took more than 3 hours due to traffic and we were quite scared. Other than that this tour is reliable and friendly and totally worth the money.

I expected more info from this guided tour. If you have limited time, this would server the purpose. Otherwise, find other tour

The ride was horrible…two hours each way. Luis did his very best, but had I known I would not have gone. Loved Antigua but it would have been very different is closer and easier.

Ramiro Rivera was an excellent tour guide and this was an excellent to the old city, the history was amassing to hear from our guide who spoke very good English as well as Spanish and French.

Santiago was an amazing guide! He was very knowledgeable about the history and presented everything in a clear and interesting way. He took us to beautiful spots around Antigua and had great answers to all of our questions. He was very conscious of our timing and made sure to return us with plenty of time before our cruise ship left. I would HIGHLY recommend Santiago for anyone visiting Guatemala! 10/10 day with him!
