The bike ride to Santa Gertrudis was a beautiful ride. The site is advertised with good bikes and accessible guide. Bikes with panniers and cup of coffee or tea. We experienced this slightly differently. Our guide was nice but did not join the group very well. We noticed that our guide found it difficult that we all want to have the bikes set at height and later on the tires turned out to be very soft on 1 bike. We got the idea that the guide found us difficult in that. But it is still part of your job that you adjust bikes to everyone's height. People who can't hike because of knee problems (and we had a few of those) are super happy when there is a possibility to move by electric bike. It is a pity that it is said at the start, do not use too many electric drives because otherwise you may not make it. That makes you always looking, because you don't know what's coming and on the bikes it wasn't always visible how much battery was left. It turned out not to be too bad afterwards because the 30 km saves the battery fine. Furthermore, it was stated on the site that it included snack and drink and that was not the case. We really only got half an hour in Santa Gertrudis (where little was told about this nice village) to arrange our own coffee and no time to see this nice village, which was a great shame! It also says on the site that it was for 6 people, we were a group of 6 but there were 2 more ladies, who were very cozy. Totally fine but don't advertise it. Again it was a nice ride, but the price quality is not okay in our opinion.
