We loved our day out really helpful staff who gave us plenty of time to a customised ourselves using the tricycle great idea to have tricycles for the more mature riders much safer option. Well set out bike path around Vancouver. All in all we had a ball and would not hesitate to recommend. E bike rentals Vancouver.
This was one of the best activities we did a vacation. The bikes were well equipped, in good condition and easy to handle. The staff was very nice and showed us different options for routes. Vancouver is so beautiful to hike around. We did the seawall - Stanley Park loop and it was an awesome day!

This was great fun! We had a helpful introduction to using the bikes and were given directions and a map to follow around to Stanley Park area. The bikes were great to ride and easy. To control. We hired them for 3 hours which was perfect and allowed us to take our time and stop around the route. Highly recommend these bikes 🙂

We had a great time out on the electric bikes. Alien was easy to find and Kathryn and Darren were brilliant at explaining everything to us and making sure we were safe riding around before we were let lose alone 😂 Would highly recommend 🚲

Loved riding these E-bikes. They were by far the best kept bikes on the Vancouver bike trail. Awesome 5 hours of exploring!

Great time exploring some of Vancouver and biking through Stanley Park. Instructions were concise and easy to follow and were given more than enough time to explore
great bike ride along the Vancouver seawall for three hours. A dedicated bike lane with markings made for an easy, enjoyable outing for an afternoon. Darin did a bang up job setting us up with bikes, maps and advice.

I wanted to visit Stanley Park and my time was quite limited. So I decided to rent an Ebike online. Everything was a simplicity and a facility that made me much more and allowed me to easily make my visit because the people at Ebike rentals Vancouver by Alien explained to me very well how the bike works, and also to provide me with a map for my ride with its peculiarities.

We had the best experience! Some of us had ridden bikes, some hadn’t ridden in decades. The wonderful staff made sure that we all felt comfortable on the bikes. They had all of us practice before going out, made sure our safety gear fit properly and was fastened correctly. They were friendly, did not act rushed, and took time to make sure that we understood not only the features of the bikes, but also the path we would be biking on. We received a detailed map that they went over with us, circling important things to remember. It was worth every penny we paid to be treated so kindly and with such great customer service. The scenery was breathtaking! There are so many bike rental companies to choose from. Let us help you by saying CHOOSE THIS COMPANY!
