We rented bikes on Sanibel and it was awesome! the e-bikes were ready to go when we arrived, worked well, they supply helmets and locks if you want them. There was a little mix up when we arrived as I booked through a third party but everything was resolved in the end!!!! Thank you all I would definitely do this again
I rented the bikes for 8 hours! The battery on one of the bikes almost ran out after 5 hours. My bike basically stopped working except for a little bit. We brought the bikes back and the guy at the store did not offer a new bike, or any other assistance! I would have had to peddle myself for 3 hours!!!! Rent them for a shorter time. It was a great experience, but not worth the money for 8 hours! Viator should rethink this. I am not happy at all!!!
