SCAM! Don't do it! I booked for 7 people last weekend, but when arrived at the location there was nobody there. The telephone numbers provided don't work and I'm still waiting for a response to my chat messages I sent in the available chat function... Even when I asked around at the location (in front of the ice cream shop at Cais de Sodre), they never seen anything like a bike tour. Luckily I got my money back via Tripadvisor, but just don't waste your time, energy and money on this.
Hi there, We're very sorry for what happened back then. Sitgo wasn't operational at that time (since the pandemic) and the calendars were supposed to be closed. By now Sitgo is open again under new management/ownership and ready to hopefully take you on a tour in the future. Kind regards, Sitgo
