Viator messed up! Didn’t secure my ticket so had to buy another one at counter and missed the batu caves tour had to then independently take a taxi to batu caves!!! First time I’ve ever had a problem with them!

Where are the tickets!!!!!?????
Viator used trip advisor as a third party to organise the tickets and were never sent. Its not possible to contact anyone on the day and after sending an email a day after having to buy tickets at the towers, there still has not been a reply nor a refund. Useless. Pathetic. Boring.

The only downside is that I couldn't get my photos because we couldn't pay in cash.

Up the Twin Petronas Towers
A well organised set up , first to the Sky Bridge ( ten minutes) then up on to the Observation Deck ( 15 mins ) 9.15 am visit so it was fairly quiet with short queues for lifts etc . Great views of the city .

Was very well organized but I bought a 730pm ticket (and received confirmation and calendar invite) but the PDF I was sent was 8pm. So check your tickets!

Nightmare process
Absolute nightmare booking through TripAdvisor because they send you the tickets to download but it’s not the ticket

Great value experience and very informative
We found this experience met all the descriptions provided and would recommend it. The only advice would be to allow extra time to get there if you are going to a morning session as the traffic slows down your trip to the Towers.

A nice view of Kuala Lumpur, but if you have been to the Kuala Lumpur Tower, it is not much different.

Unforgettable Panoramic Views of Kuala Lumpur!
Visiting the Petronas Twin Towers Observation Deck with Royal Smart Tourism Malaysia KL was a fantastic experience. The views of the Kuala Lumpur skyline from the Skybridge and observation deck were breathtaking. Everything was well-managed, making ticket collection and entry smooth and hassle-free. A absolute must-do when visiting Kuala Lumpur!
