A good private bike tour in Barcelona
My wife and I had booked a private bike tour with CoolBikes through Viator. Viator has for years always been my go-to tour company and has never let me down. However this time, my reservation did not get through to CoolBikes so the bike tour had to be rescheduled for later in the day. The CoolBike guide, Megan, saved the day by jumping in for the new tour time and gave us a great tour - covering a lot of ground and some interesting history and architectural comments. Barcelona is so full of unique classical and modern Gaudian architecture. I would recommend Megan again. Thanks Megan. Robert Barnes

Excellent tour with great historical and cultural education
This was an excellent bike tour. We covered a lot of ground with our very knowledgable and friendly guide Priscilla. All four of us agreed that it was a 5-star experience. Would recommend to anyone!

Very Enjoyable but Beware
Make sure you’re going on the tour you booked!!! We booked this tour but our guide took us on another tour. Very poor organisation and not the guide’s fault. Despite this, we thoroughly enjoyed the tour with a great guide, Prisicilla who was knowledgeable, friendly and spoke perfect English. It was very good value for four of us on this private tour and much better than the other groups of fifteen or oso that we saw during the tour. We were taken on some interesting trips through the old historic centre and stopped at a local bar for refreshments. Thank you Priscilla. Local Cool Tour Management read this and learn.

Hello dear Les. We appreciate your nice comment although I know you were dissatisfied with an initial confusion at the beginning of the tour. You had a misunderstanding with the guide, as everyone went to a different bike shop (which are next to each other) and you lost some minutes of the tour. It is not that you went to the wrong tour, there was just a confusion at the meeting point, but the tour was the right one and the guide was the right one. But we know that the tour was successful and we regret this confusion. Thank you very much for your opinion.

Great description of the different parts of the city . Fred did a great job and I would recommend him .a great way to see round the city in a relaxed way.
