I was a bit concerned about the process of obtaining tickets for the lounge (someone the other side of the world sending me a QR code a few days before our flight) but actually that worked really well, with very clear instructions as to where the lounges were and how to redeem the tickets. Even good guidance as to which was the best lounge. The reason I have given 4/5 is that the lounge itself (by gate B26) was pretty small. The food and service was fine, but no sleeping pods, you had to book a shower at a nearby hotel, and the single toilet was tiny, with a queue (I had to get changed and found it easier to use public toilets elsewhere). But this is a reflection on the lounge (which I think might be temporary), not the booking process, which was great.

Super expensive, we had hoped to enjoy some duty free shopping, but it was so much more expensive that shopping on UK high street
The lounge was full. The wine terrible. We couldn't get into the Emirates Lounge. Too expensive for performance. Don't book a restaurant.

Excellent value a bit of a chew getting the qr codes but it all worked and communication with the provider was excellent. Lounge was very good with excellent staff.

The lounge itself was nice…however when I got there it was difficult to find. I ended up going to the wrong lounge and the guy scanned my QR code which created an issue, because I told him this was not the correct lounge based on pics and I would be leaving. When I found the correct lounge they wouldn’t let me in because he already scanned the QR code. So I had to pay again which I already paid for. I reached out to the person who issued the QR code and they didn’t respond. I showed viator proof of receipt that I was charged again ! They refused to refund me. I would recommend booking directly with the lounge you want or just pay when you arrive to the airport.

Arriving in DXB at 3 am with my family of five, we needed a place to crash for a few hours before our flight to EU. We opted for Marhaba Lounge, which had a nice visible entrance near gate B21. The lounge has a few confortable chairs, pods and even a couple of sofa. Many tables are also available. The lounge offers a 24/7 food and beverage service, which we found quite good. So I recommend this lounge. But be aware that it tends to get VERY busy after 5 am, so it may be hard to find a place (we saw a LONG line of people queing when we left at 7 am).
