Scam
Horrible experience. Our flight got cancelled and even though I notified the tour representative 24 hours prior of a request to modify the arrival, I was still charged. I didn’t request to cancel due to airline issues, I only requested arrival 2 days after my initial request. When I finally received a response it was notification that a full refund or a date modification was not allowed.

We understand your dissatisfaction, but when you ordered the service, you should have read our rules that any changes or cancellation of the transfer is not possible 24 hours before the service. You informed us about the change in your flight in a couple of hours, we already had a driver assigned to this order and we included your transfer in our schedule. You must understand that when a driver has already been assigned, it is very difficult to make changes or cancel. We made you a refund of half the amount of the payment, since your order was round - trip. We have refunded the amount for your departure.
We apologize to you, but we have such rules.
