The group of men that handled our family were very good at their craft and very caring throughout. My only suggestion is that they need to improve how the pictures are given to tourists after the event. We paid and were shown pictures that ultimately were not downloaded to us and by the time we saw this we had left the area and it was basically impossible to get resolved; missing precious memories.
This was a fun outing! Did not love the pushy vendors at the end of the tour, but we were generous with our shopping understanding tourism has been hit hard since 2020. My daughter loved the zip lining and wanted a longer tour!
Such a GREAT trip!! We had 2 teenagers and an 8 year old with us. We all had a blast! Our Guides for ziplining were fun and definitely kept safety their first priority. Our guide up the Falls was professional and such a nice guy!! KC was his name. I highly recommend this tour! Do know, there is no ATM on site, so bring cash for tipping and anything you may want to buy. Enjoy the day---it was great to get back out into the world. The Jamaicans are lovely and so thankful to have tourism return!
