Great guide— easy to understand - spoke slowly and clearly — good for solo travelers

Kim was a super tour guide with great local knowledge and family history in the city. The tour is a great insight into Dubrovnik history and we enjoyed it as an introduction to the city. We visited both the cafe and the burger shop recommended inyhe youT and loved them both. Excellent tour, well worth it and we were glad to do the 4.30pm tour.

Jelena was a great guide for the city! She was very informative, both about the history of the city and of the region, including Yugoslavia. She was patient and funny. I would recommend this tour.

We had Jelena as our tour guide and she was superb. Very friendly and knowledgeable and made the tour very enjoyable. The tour was 90 minutes and at a very leisurely pace given the hot weather. Jelena went through the history of Dubrovnik and was very detailed. I much prefer a private tour and whilst it costs more I think it is better value and more inter active.

Josip was fantastic. Knowledgeable, respectful and insightful. The tour was the right length and covered enough to give us a decent insight. Would highly recommend.

Kim was an incredible guide and just what we wanted to get a wonderful introduction to the city. She was knowledgeable, funny, and really added a personal touch talking about her family’s history in the city and some really special points of interest. Incredible tour for a great rate, especially to get a great overview of the city.

Kim was an excellent guide and the tour was paced to my individual needs as fortunately for me I was the only participant on the walk. Kim had so much knowledge and shared with real passion the history and insider information as a long time resident of the Old City. She showed me the street where her mother still lives .. I learnt so much and was fascinated by the grand street, small sides streets and the back street where the workers would transport their goods out of view. Kim shared her recommendations of places to try authentic food like gelato at Peppinos which was mouth watering delicious. The most poignant place on our tour was the insignificant looking blocked off doorway with a Latin inscription.. this was where the unwanted babies were brought to be cared for into adulthood instead of being discarded like rubbish.This should be preserved as it is such an important part of the City history. It was such a special tour and made more so by Kim whose friendly and warm personality made the time fly by, making it feel like a walk around the city with a lovely friend.

Jelena was an exceptional guide. She navigated us to shady spots and engaged us in a riveting history and culture lesson throughout. Highly recommend. The group size was smaller compared to many others, which made it easy to navigate narrow streets and crowds.

Kim’s tour was excellent. She took time to explain Dubrovnik’s history both old and more recent and always made sure we were well shaded on a very hot day. As a journalist and a long time resident of the Old Town, her knowledge was exceptional.
