Disappointing experience. We booked and paid for a double decker bus tour but arrived a little late. When we reached the bus at port the staff told us we had to pay the full price again because of the delay. It seemed strange but we paid again because we still wanted to join. The bus was extremely hot and was not the same one we expected from the listing as it had no roof. Overall, the experience felt unfair and disappointing

At the entrance to the old town, deciding what to do we were pressured into this by salesman telling us bus about to go. He wanted e25 we said no so he agreed to e20 each. We asked for a copy of the route map and to pay and we're told get on bus we would get it there. Despite asking several times we never got the map. Guy came round and gave us ticket to pay for e60 (for 2) we said no 40 and he rang his colleague and changed our price. Then he wanted cash, we (and others) said no card...."pay later then". Commentary in 3 languages but bears no correlation to where you are at the time or what to look out for. Hardly hop on hop off. 2 x 10 min photo stops and then a stop at the cruise port. Without map no idea what if any other stops were coming so we decided to leave and return to our ship. They said you have not paid so we offered card again, told us would march us to atm or we had to complete route. We wanted off this so much we used the last of our euro cash and paid them and said we thought it was not good. Both driver and conductor (who we felt threatened by) told us it was the best tour and not to say otherwise. There are other options in this beautiful city and location, don't use this one.

The route only includes 3 stops, old town, bridge and viewpoint, which although well selected does not justify the amount paid. On the other hand, the meeting points are very poorly defined and poorly respected. When we stopped by the old town, we asked what the pick-up place, which would at most be, according to the operator at 14 hours, that is, only used during the morning. Although I was at the pick-up place, which I confirmed with the seller who was at the place, and told us to wait exactly where we were, we saw the bus on the other side of a rotunda, but when we realized it, we could no longer get there. That is, he left without respecting what we were told. Fortunately there are bus routes, which we had to pay to return to the port. I do not recommend
