This tour was fun, but a very long day. About the time we made it to Belfast, we were exhausted and ready to go back, a lot of time on the bus, however what we learned was great, and our drivers were amazing. Top notch!
We had Brendan as our tour guide, and he was absolutely amazing. He kept everyone engaged with his entertaining commentary on the surroundings, as well as his knowledge of Irish history. He really added to the experience and was a class tour guide. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the bus driver, Sylvie. His attitude towards passengers was extremely disappointing. He repeatedly interrogated people about whether they were back at the bus on time—even when they were only a minute late, or in some cases, not late at all. In our case, we were actually back at the bus early, yet we were still berated. We had also been told that the tour was running ahead of schedule. At one point, he told us that he “had a life”, which I found completely inappropriate and unnecessary. The constant pressure and criticism about timings really took away from what should have been an enjoyable experience. I left feeling quite upset and disheartened, particularly as we had done exactly what was asked of us. Brendan was an excellent guide and deserves great credit, but unfortunately, the bus driver’s attitude significantly affected our overall experience. I would strongly encourage the tour company to address this, as this kind of behaviour could ultimately cost them future business.
Trip was well organized with good guide and driver. I recommend the red trail at Giants Causeway. Belfast was nothing great( more of a check the box activity
Superb trip - definitely would recommend to do. A terrific day out and great to experience one of our areas of outstanding beauty. Dunluce Castle was amazing - would love to go back and do it all again
Great trip. Not too expensive. Owen was a great guide. We had plenty of time at each location, enough to see everything we wanted. Didn’t go on the walking tour in Belfast just did our own exploring. Great time overall
Northern Coast Gorgeous - MUST see region of Ireland. Tour guide, Eoin (Viking 108) very welcoming! Enjoyed historical recount and mythological stories he shared. Tour itself Good. Recommendations for improvement: -comfort stop @ Belfast shopping mall offers limited toilets & limited, over priced food options; consider changing to gas station en route to coast as with other Viator tours -increase time spend @ Dunluce Castle (only 30 minutes provided - beautiful site & felt rushed) -combine cliff walk for all tourists (red trail, upper, descend to blue trail, lower upon return) -driver safety concerns

We appreciate your suggestions regarding the comfort stop and will take these into consideration. We currently allow approximately 30 minutes at Dunluce Castle, as we need to balance the day between all the included stops. At the Giant’s Causeway, the visit is intentionally self-guided, allowing guests to choose the walking route that suits them best and explore at their own pace. Those who prefer not to walk can also choose to use the shuttle service. For this reason, the group does not follow one combined route with the guide. We are, however, concerned by your mention of driver safety. This is something we take very seriously. A fun day out, much variety, lots of history and culture. Excellent coach, driver and guides( on coach and in Belfast) very good value for money
Absolutely fantastic tour! The Scottish Highlands were even more beautiful than I expected, and seeing places like Glencoe and Loch Ness made for an unforgettable day. The scenery throughout the trip was incredible, with mountains, lochs, and breathtaking landscapes around almost every corner. The tour was well organized, and there was a great mix of sightseeing, history, and time to enjoy the scenery. Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the journey entertaining along the way. If you’re visiting Scotland, I would definitely recommend this tour. It’s a great way to experience the Highlands and see some of Scotland’s most iconic landscapes in a single day. Highly recommended! Fergie was an especially good guide and charismatic and engaging.
