ダブリン : ダブリン・シティ・センター発着のDUB空港プライベート送迎

Great driver! Andrew is very kind…..............…................................ On time and waiting with a sign for ease of connection

Our driver was there waiting for us. He gave us a bit of guiding on the way to our lodging. The operator should have provided a larger vehicle. We could only fit 3 suitcases in the back. There were 6 with suitcases and 6 people so we had to cram them on our laps. There are larger vans.

Leslie was very pleasant, informative and prompt. He communicated in advance of each shuttle to make sure we know where to meet. Would definitely recommend this service!

The ride from our hotel to the airport was exceptional and Andrew was great. Its too bad that the ride from the airport to the hotel was marred by the driver being a jerk. He was supposed to pick us up at 3:45 when we got off the plane we had no idea where we were meeting him. We went to the location that he provided. He was not there. He then blamed us saying we were late and that he had waited over an hour for us yet the pick up time was 345 and we were in his vehicle and on the way to the hotel by 430. That’s not an hour so if he waited in an hour shame on him more importantly was the fact that we were at the location and we could not find him and he did not answer his WhatsApp calls until after I called him several times.

The vehicle was very dirty. Not waht l was expecting especially after a long day of traveling. I could have taken a taxi that was cleaner. The ride and driver was ok.

Not enough room for us. Need enough room for passengers and their luggage mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Friendly driver, gave us lots of info along the way, including recommendations where to eat, best pubs and areas to avoid.

Leslie was a friendly and easy going driver. He made our airport transfer enjoyable . He gave us lots of advice on Dublin

Our flight was delayed the luggage was delayed but Gregory Boyle was there with a sign that made me smile. Thank you for the safe trip to our hotel and tips for our holiday! Lovely man!

I would avoid this option at all costs. Though we did book this the night before travels, it was within the timeline acceptable to book. I thought all way good but arrived to Dublin to have a message saying that they were unable to fulfill the booking. While disappointed, I was certainly willing to understand. I was told by the tour operator that I would need to contact Viator to arrange a refund/cancellation. I kindly asked that they take those steps, as the cancellation was on their end. They have refused to help and I have had to invest extreme time and efforts to get a refund for a cancellation on their part. Again, I can easily accept that they were not able to accommodate (despite the major inconvenience of finding out last minute), but their refusal to assist is truly unacceptable.
