Excellent service. Yos was exactly where he said he would be and made the whole pick up process straight forward - a relief after such a long flight! A smooth, safe drive to our hotel, Yos shared information about Bali culture and was happy to answer our questions. Would definitely recommend and we will be contacting him again during our stay to arrange further trips. 😊

Our driver Yos was absolutely fantastic. Pick up was smooth. Waiting for us at arrivals and swiftly transferred from the arrivals to his vehicle. We had a wonderful introduction to Bali from Yos who gave us some amazing insights into the local culture and history as well as his top tips for first time visitors. He was very knowledgeable and it was like chatting to an old friend. Would definitely use his wonderful service again.

We were picked up very pleasantly, and afterwards we were well assisted with our suitcase; he also gave us information about Bali. All in all, a great start to the holiday.

Our driver messaged us a few days before then again the day of our travel, to introduce themselves which gave us great peace of mind in the lead up. Once at the airport he was standing in a clear visible location with our name visible and guided us to a waiting area where we sat for 5 minutes while the driver got his car. You was very knowledgeable and friendly, giving us some great info about Bali as we drove to our hotel. Once we arrived he helped unload and gave us his details in case we needed any further help while we were here, im sure we'll message him for help to get to nusa dua later in our stay.
