We had a wonderful bike ride from Jackson to Jenny Lake and back. The bikes were delivered to and picked up from our hotel. Vladim went over the bike with us in detail and told us how to find the trail. The bikes were not due back until 7:00 p.m. so we had plenty of time for breaks, visitors centers and lunch. We would highly recommend this activity.

We had an incredible day touring the Tetons!! Vadim was very communicative. He brought out bikes straight to the hotel, explained details, and picked them back up. We left from the Anvil Hotel and made it to Doran’s for lunch, out to Jenny Lake and back on 1.5 batteries. Bikes are top of the line and in excellent condition. We’ll definitely be using them again when in Jackson.

Enjoyed this bike rental experience in Jackson!!! Was one of the highlights of our trip. The views were absolutely stunning golden trees, crisp mountain air, and that perfect fall sunshine that made everything glow. The weather this time of year couldn’t have been better for exploring. Vadim was super friendly and showed us how to operate the bikes. He made everything so easy!

Amazing experience! I cannot recommend highly enough. I have ridden the bike bath from Jackson to Jenny lake several time on my personal road bike. On a recent girls trip we rented e-bikes from door 2 door bike rental. It was a flawless experience. The bikes were great and the customer service was excellent. An amazing way to see the Tetons.

This was a great experience and great way to experience a lot of GTNP and Jackson. The service provided was excellent...bikes delivered right to our resort exactly on time and picked up later, when we were done. Great customer service... friendly and responsive. I would definitely recommend rental of E-bikes from Door2Door and hope to do it again on a future visit.

We rented two bikes from Door 2 Door during our recent trip to Jackson, and will rent again for our next visit. Researching online and stopping by local bike rental shops, I was feeling disappointed that we wouldn’t be able to ride directly in Grant Teton National Park, as bikes aren’t delivered inside the park, so we’d need to ride the 10+ miles one way from Jackson, to reach the park entrance. Then I contacted Door 2 Door, where the owner was incredibly helpful with questions, and who recommended folding e-bikes. A perfect solution that allowed us to fit two bikes in the cargo space of our rental car, and drive to the area we wanted to bike. We had an incredible time, and the bike delivery and pick up directly at our hotel, allowed us to better plan our day as we wanted. The bikes and service were excellent! Next time we’ll book for two days.

Bikes were in excellent condition and delivered to us as promised. The perfect way to explore the sights of the area (moose included) on a couple of Jackson’s wonderful bike paths.

Everything about the experience was positive, from reserving, to having the bikes delivered and picked up, to the great bike trails in and around Jackson.
