Their absence is not caused by waves or fog, but simply because they may not be present in the area during that moment. Unlike an event organized by people, wildlife encounters depend on nature itself, and it is not possible to schedule or ensure their presence. Our service is a boat tour in areas with a high probability of dolphin sightings. While we cannot offer full guarantees, we can share that out of 374 trips this year, 98% included dolphins. This reflects how exceptional your case was. We never promise guaranteed sightings. We explain clearly that dolphins are wild animals and sightings are highly probable but not certain. We understand your frustration and regret that you left disappointed.
