Wonderful chance to taste and learn about the local cuisine. Five different stops at spots locals frequent for their meals. The food was great and the history behind it was even better. Our local guide Romina did a great job explaining the food and the Italian history behind each dish.
This was an excellent tour! Gaia was an outstanding tour guide. She was very knowledgeable of the area and food we tasted. It was a hot day so she paced the tour perfectly. We really enjoyed the day.
This was a wonderful way to spend our time in La Spezia to understand the food culture of this popular port. The food was amazing, but large portions so DO NOT eat prior to going. The pesto was exceptional and the Osteria was local and lovely. Our guide was knowledgeable and so friendly.

We had Rebecca as a tour leader, she was amazing and we really enjoyed the tour we received! Food was great, but it would be nice if you could maybe have a couple different food items to select from if you wanted some more variation. Would recommend, especially with Rebecca.
Martina was an amazing tour guide who knew the restaurants in La Spezia like an old pro! We experienced some local cuisine we would have never had otherwise…I highly recommend the tour and Martina specifically.
