Very poor organization from start to finish. Honestly, it was a total mess. The initially scheduled pickup time was 8:00 a.m. Then, I received a message on WhatsApp informing me that there was finally a change and that the pickup would be at 9:10 a.m. So I organized myself accordingly and enjoyed my evening. Then, at midnight, luckily I wasn't asleep yet, I received a new message indicating that, "for better organization," the pickup would finally be at 7:00 a.m., which is 2 hours and 10 minutes earlier than the time that had just been communicated to me. Problem: our hotel's breakfast doesn't open until 7:00 a.m. So I wasn't even able to properly plan something to eat since this schedule change was absolutely not planned at the start. Then, in the program, it was planned to visit a synagogue inside. Except that it was Saturday, so it was the day of Shabbat, and the synagogue was closed. This still should have been anticipated in the organization of the excursion. At 2 p.m., starving because we had not eaten since the previous evening, we arrived at the restaurant planned in the program... and the restaurant was not even aware of our arrival. They did not have a table planned for our group. But the worst part was the meal. The guide explained to us that people not wishing to eat fish could have a salad with fries. At the time of ordering, three people, including my son and me, indicated that we did not want sea bream. Everyone was then served... except for the three of us. We obviously thought that another plate was going to be served to us since the meal was included in the price of the excursion. But we received absolutely nothing. When we asked for a plate with fries and salad, we were told that it was not possible and that, if we did not eat fish, we were not entitled to fries. We therefore ended up asking for a plate of fish, for lack of another solution. Result: we waited about 50 minutes to receive ONE single plate, which my son and I had to share, because they refused to serve us two. We were starving because we do not eat fish, we had to share 10 fries and a salad for a day from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. And to top it all off, we were then asked to pay for an additional plate even though the meal was already included in the price of the excursion. Obviously, I refused to pay. Between the last-minute schedule changes, the visit planned while the place was closed, the restaurant that was not even prepared for our arrival, and the catastrophic management of the meal, I find that this excursion clearly lacked professionalism and organization. I do not recommend this excursion, especially given the price paid and what was announced in the program. One expects at a minimum that the things promised are respected and that the organization is a little more serious.
