This excursion was offered to us at the hotel. There were 2 of us with a small Chihuahua dog who really enjoyed this trip. We ate well at noon and it was a 100% Mediterranean and pure Tunisian meal. The meal is included in the price, which was not expensive at all. As for the value for money, we can say that it is the best. We went on the pirate boat trip on the Calypso and, unfortunately, we were very disappointed. From the start, the music is played at an extremely high volume. It is impossible to talk because the sound is so loud. Instead of being a pleasant ride, we felt like we were enduring the trip more than enjoying it. The crew performs a few acrobatics, but that is not enough to make the experience pleasant. (the crew was rather friendly) Contrary to what one might hope, we saw neither flamingos nor dolphins. We arrived at a beach very similar to that of our hotel, with paid lounge chairs and umbrellas. The crew had however informed us of this before arrival, so we did not have any bad surprises on this point. No drinks are included on board the boat. The meal was good. On the other hand, I got sick the next day. I cannot say that this is linked to the meal, but I prefer to mention it. The point we appreciated the least is the "comedic" entertainment after lunch. It relied mainly on mocking tourists and on humiliating skits for some participants. We found that very awkward and not at all funny. If you are looking for a quiet, romantic boat trip conducive to relaxation, I advise you to choose another excursion

Operator is an absolute charlatan. Waited outside hotel for an hour after pick up time. Unable to contact operator as phone number given would not connect. Eventually managed to live chat with booking agent who was helpful, but… whilst this was happening received an email from operator cancelling trip due to inclement weather. The day was so quiet the flags were limp on the flag pole. AVOID AT ALL COST

The pirates on the boat was good the ship was in terrible shape and was dirty . Make sure to bring money with you as your drinks on the boat are no included you got one drink with your lunch that was water . This trip is no suitable for people with disabilities as you have to do a 20 minute walk over to the other side of the beach from where the ships park up . The beach looked nothing like it was advertised it was dirty filled with animal poo . You also have to pay 20 dinar for sun lounger and an umbrella that is falling apart when you get there . The sunbed was also falling apart and they definitely have seen better days . The boat also emptied all of the waste built up in the ship whist we was sailing to the island that created a horrible smell that we was almost sick at .Every 5 minutes you are getting harassed to buy something or ride a horse or camel or do a quad bike ride .We would not recommend this trip at all .

Last minute cancellation due to weather conditions which we understand but no one from the company contacted us. Poor customer experience.

Very nice day spent on the boat, organization at the top, the team is dynamic, smiling, ... the activities offered all day were interesting and we laughed!!

Definitely worth EVERY PENNY!! ADEL is absolutely bonkers but such a cool ship captain!! the pirate ship and the crew are incredible, the shows and music catered for everyone. The experience was impeccable and the energy and passion from the crew was amazing. Food was so rich in flavour. Beaches were super soft and the water was so clear although we only saw 10 flamingos. The carriage rides were amazing and my kdis got to drive the horse and carriage too. They had drinks available to buy souvenir people don't like being told no! There are camel rides, horse rides, quad biking etc available. The meal and the show was amazing!! Honestly 1 of the best parts of our while trip! If you are in a wheelchair or have mobility issues this may be 1 to miss.

Pirates OK, beaches KO We came to this beach after an hour of boating and plastic bottles were lying around and quad bikes passed us upside down left to right rolling hard the plastic bottles....while we were entitled to 1h15 break it was not very nice but pirates play the game well the sketches are very funny but the beach is not that

The whole day was well worth the money spent, pick up from hotel, pirate ship was perfect, food outstanding, only downside was not much English spoken to say what was going on and keep us informed, apart from that the whole day was good

Pirate ship very nice and animators at the top! Current music on the boat where the animators set the mood and invite to dance. Mini show of pirate-animators climbing the ropes from the boat (as well as from the peninsula). About 1h30 free on the beach (we settled in the sand rather than on the deckchairs). The beach is quite long and I found there was enough room to accommodate the other pirate ships that left at the same time as us. Good meal (couscous, salad, pasta, skewers, bread) I was a little apprehensive about the comedy show after the meal in view of a previous comment but we laughed;-) Mini-stop on the way back to see the dolphins: a little short because everyone clumps in the same place and I saw almost nothing (just a fin from a distance). Back to music and good atmosphere on the pontoon 🎉
