it was constantly raining on the boat ride, which ruined the fun. That’s not their fault, but we also were in silence so the equipment would not be ruined.

Unfortunately, the rain and sea conditions are beyond our control, but we completely understand how disappointing that can be — especially when you’re looking forward to a fun day at sea. Regarding the music, our crew temporarily paused the sound system to protect the equipment from water damage and ensure everyone’s safety. We always do our best to balance safety with enjoyment.
It was cool. Nice music, entertainment was nice (just the tour guy dancing. He said we were a shy group.), they had chip snacks, drinks were all Rum and beer. My boyfriend did the snorkeling and that was cool. The only thing I didn’t like is they couldn’t take us to Ricks cafe which was including the ticket prices. They said the water was choppy. I didn’t understand that when it was no rain, no clouds and we just did snorkeling. They did offer a free shuttle but than we would have needed a ride from Rick’s cafe because they wasn’t bringing us back to margaritaville. 🤷🏾♀️ by the time we got back to Margaritaville, we (me and my boyfriend) didn’t even want to go to ricks cafe. We took a cab back to our resort. We went to Rick’s the next day. It was too many ppl there.

Regarding Rick’s Café, unfortunately on that day the sea conditions at the entrance to the cliffs were considered unsafe by the captain, even if the weather looked calm from shore. Safety is always our top priority, which is why we could not dock there. As an alternative, our team offered a free shuttle to Rick’s so guests could still visit, although we understand it was not convenient for everyone. We truly appreciate your understanding and are happy you were still able to enjoy Rick’s Café on another day. The party catamaran was amazing. Snorkeling, cliff diving, open bar, and great music. Definitely a highlight of our vacation!
The activities are boring. There is no jacuzzi at all. The food was hit and miss. The staff seems to cater to a certain demographic of people and could be stand offish and absolutely rude. Customer service does not exist at this resort. We saw a roach crawling up the wall in the restaurant. It was just a bad resort. I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy.
Epic Sunset Party on the Sea This catamaran sunset party in Negril was legendary! From the moment we boarded, the DJ brought the energy, spinning dancehall and reggae classics. The drinks flowed freely, and the crew kept the vibes alive all evening. As we sailed along the coast, the golden sunset over the Caribbean Sea was unforgettable. Everyone was dancing, laughing, and soaking in the island atmosphere. The boat was clean, comfortable, and spacious. It felt like a private island party on water. If you’re in Negril and love music, fun, and unforgettable sunsets—this is a must-do experience!
Margarita was good, but by the time we were to board it started raining w lightning and thunder ! It should’ve been canceled but they went out anyway. It poured !! The boat was over crowded !! The water was rough, i lost count of the amount of people that vomited overboard !! Never again !!

That said, we understand that sudden rain and thunder can affect the overall mood and comfort, and we truly regret that it impacted your experience. As for the sea conditions — it’s important to note that seasickness can happen to anyone, especially in open waters, but this varies from person to person and is not something we or any tour operator can fully prevent. What truly surprises us is that the tour photos from that same day clearly show many guests smiling, dancing, and enjoying the experience despite the weather. While it may not have been perfect for everyone, many guests still had a great time, which is what makes this review particularly unexpected. We’re sorry that you personally didn’t enjoy it, but we can assure you our team did everything possible under the circumstances to ensure the comfort and safety of all passengers. We were not able to attend due to unclear pickup instructions causing us to have to book our own transportation last minute. It probably would’ve been a lot of fun. I’d just say their customer service response time is lacking and the initial instructions for pickup could have been clearer.

Guests have the option to book with transportation or without, depending on their preference. In your case, the reservation was made without pickup, which is why no shuttle was arranged. Our check-in location is fixed and noted in the confirmation details, and we also include a Google Maps link for added clarity. We always recommend reading the instructions carefully during booking to ensure a smooth experience. That said, we appreciate your input and will continue improving where possible. My first time experience was disappointing, there was a thunderstorm right before boarding and no options for refund or credit

On the day in question, the weather was completely safe for sailing, and we had nearly 50 guests onboard — all of whom had a fantastic time. If at any moment the weather becomes dangerous, all tours are immediately cancelled, and a full refund is provided. Guest safety is always our number one priority. Regarding rescheduling, we want to clarify that we are always flexible. You never contacted our team, but we would have happily rescheduled your tour if you had reached out at least one day in advance, as stated in our policy. Our refund and rescheduling policies are clearly available online, and while we understand weather can be unpredictable, it is something outside of anyone’s control. It was great! They ran out if snacks! And eventhough it was raining we had a awesome time. Just know you need to walk in waist deep water to the catamaran. And once you get to Rick's you will transfer to a smaller boat to cliffs. And the snorkeling was great.
