Awesome trip best for water activities but if you are not in the mood for water activities then you should avoid please

Just to clarify for future travelers, this is a DIY Pattaya City Tour with a private car and driver, so the experience is fully customizable—your day can include water activities if you choose, but it can also be planned around sightseeing, temples, viewpoints, markets, cafes, or shopping if you’re not in the mood for water-based stops. If any guest prefers a fully dry itinerary, we recommend sharing the preferred places (or simply “no water activities”) at the start of the trip so the driver can follow that plan. We appreciate your review and hope to welcome you again in Pattaya.
This is promoted as a private tour, but it’s really just a glorified Grab driver. Our driver was on the phone most of the time, was irritated when we asked even basic questions, and told us nothing about either of the places he took us. He was NOT a tour guide. We booked a 4hr tour, and ended it in 50 mins because of how unwelcoming he was. When we asked him to take us back to the hotel, that irritated him too, so we just got out and walked before getting a grab. A purchase that was supposed to make things easier and more comprehensive, ended up being the worst decision made. A complete waste of time. And NO customer service when Viator was informed of the issues. We were asked ‘for a moment,’ And never contacted again. Terrible in every way.

This product is sold as a private car with driver only (no tour guide), meaning the driver’s role is to provide safe transportation between the locations you choose, while guests explore the attractions on their own. However, even with this format, the driver must always remain polite, professional, and helpful, and we will address this with our local team. According to our records, when you contacted our customer service, we immediately tried to resolve the situation and were ready to arrange a solution, including sending a different driver. Unfortunately, the tour was cancelled from your side before we were given enough time to assist or provide a replacement. We genuinely regret that this experience felt like a waste of time for you and will use your comments to further improve driver behaviour, communication, and expectation-setting for future guests.
