This was a great experience and i have a beautiful custom made pair of shoes for a souvenir! Very fun and Hajar spoke great english and was so helpful. Note this is approx 20 walk from the medina but easy taxi ride and very peaceful cultural school site

This is an excellent experience. You completely customize your own pair of slippers and personally construct them from start to finish with the help of an experienced shoe maker and his staff who is on hand to assist you at every step. This is a great opportunity to learn how shoes are made. I highly recommend this experience!

I learned to make my slippers wirh a master craftsman beside me and our translator was also very open with great information. It allowed me to ask questions I was curious about with in a conversation and came out with beautiful slippers

Absolutely exceeded our expectations, so very hands on -you did the entire babouche from start to finish, and left with a 5 star product. The teacher was very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. I have to mention Hajar, The most wonderful assistant, very funny and welcoming, gave us loads of places to visit in Morocco and took lots of lovely photos of us. We left the workshop smiling from ear to ear, what a lovely experience!
