After bording there was not enough food available . They treated as discriminating. On board Service people Making comments on me . It’s very desapointed. I was late booking , but the agent gave me quick respond when I called to her . The lady was very helpful for me .

As your booking was made at the very last minute and you went directly to the cruise by yourself, we were a little surprised as we normally coordinate the boarding with our guests in advance. Regarding the food, the cruise provides a buffet and our team continuously refills the dishes, so there should always be sufficient food available. We are sorry if you felt uncomfortable during the experience, and we truly appreciate your kind words about our quick support and assistance with your last-minute booking.
The welcoming was outstanding from the very start, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Dinner featured a variety of yummy dishes, each flavorful and beautifully presented. The staff were absolutely amazing attentive, friendly, and professional making the evening feel truly special. Adding to the charm, there was live music throughout the cruise, which perfectly complemented the stunning river views. And as we disembarked, we were given a thoughtful token of appreciation, a lovely gesture that capped off the night. A perfect blend of delicious food, great entertainment, and exceptional hospitality. Highly recommended when you are in Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City)!
