Extremely Poor Experience – Misleading & Unprofessional One of the worst New Year experiences ever. We booked an NYE Elite Creek Yacht (Upper Deck) through the hotel travel desk with promises of DJ, good food, Tanoura show, and boarding at 9 PM. None of this was delivered. The driver and manager didn’t even know where the yacht was. After nearly 1 hour of confusion, we finally found it around 10 PM. We were initially denied boarding, had no reserved table, and were asked to share seating despite paying a premium. The cruise started at 11 PM, completely ruining New Year’s Eve. Food was inedible, there was no DJ, no show, and poor sound with one speaker playing YouTube music. The boat was unhygienic and badly managed. The Miracle Garden & Global Village tour was also mismanaged with late pickups and long waiting time for return. The manager promised a 30–40% refund but later denied it. Totally misleading. Not recommended at all. Avoid this company.

Very well arranged. We did all our excursions through Yash. He has advised us well and arranged everything very well. Super satisfied !

It was a great experience with Mayra guided tours.Saloni,our travel consultant was very helpful. The dhow cruise in Dubai as well as the day trip to Abu Dhabi was very well organized. I would recommend this tour company .

The food was less than average, the views were inconsequential. All in all it was a time wasting experience

In regards to your above feedback for Dinner Cruise Creek experience, upon investigation cruise had only 50 % percent occupancy on that day and there was not other such complaints from the guest who were there in the cruise we received all positive reviews, however if you didn't liked the food we are really sorry about it.
