This bus runs from the opposite side of the street to the Opera house. It’s a simple service with comfortable buses. Make sure you book ahead of time as my return bus was full and turned away people as they hadn’t booked. It would be better if they offered more times.

We've been driving here for years, but in the last year it's been getting more and more usury. All products, including Douglas!!! are more expensive than in the real stores. You're kidding me! I don't need an outlet if I can get everything cheaper at home. The opticians are the worst, so no glasses are worth it there. It used to be great, now it's just a rip-off.

We went in the promotion week, where we got an extra 20% of the reduced prices, so were well pleased with our purchases 😁, only thing is one doesn't have enough time to explore when going with the shuttle bus, as the outlet centre is way too big for the time limit.

Don’t you ever trust viator they confirmed to me that pick up after visiting the outlet is 4:30 as mentioned in the photo but bus left at 4:00 and I paid 100 euro to take Uber They rejected the refund request although it is their mistake

The lady that was checking the tickets was rude and the driver was in a rush. Not well organized but was on time.

Bus driver didnt give us clear instruction on the pick-up area. He’s not approachable especially to foreigners.

Huge outlet with numerous designer brands for all tastes and wallets. On average discounts range from 30-50% of RRP. Definitely need to spend several hours to see the outlet, best to plan ahead before visiting.

Bus didn’t take us back in Viena. The Driver did not have a QR scanner and required a paper ticket. he left us at the outlet. we were forced to call a taxi and pay 100 euros :(

There was no return time on the ticket. The driver of the first bus made trouble for us and refused to let us get on the bus. Finally, the driver of the second bus allowed us to ride. It was terrible. I bought it without paying attention to the reviews. As expected, the driver made things difficult for us on the return trip. , so many comments have already reflected it, and it is too exaggerated that it has not improved for so long.
