Truly awful experience. Driver didn’t speak the entire time to me and only spoke a little to my friend who spoke Arabic. No camel ride, sand surfing, photo shoot. The guide cut our time short for the quad bikes and told took us back to our hotel without saying we were done. We didn’t get the food that was promised other than a couple dates and a small water bottle to break fast. When we asked the driver what about all the other stuff, he said that was a different package than what we ordered. When we showed him it wasn’t, he didn’t respond. Do other stuff in Jeddah. Don’t waste your time with this guy
The experience was fun and we took amazing pictures! My only critique is that the experience was on the expensive side. Would honestly do it again if the price was lower.
The kids loved it, especially the camel farm (actually dromedaries) The driver made funny moves on the dunes and was insistent: when he didn't succeed at first, he tried, tried, tried on the quad bikes, the youngest one flipped over, but that made the adventure even more exciting It's not cheap, but it's worth it unfortunately you cannot ride camels (dromedaries)
It was the most enjoyable experience we’ve had in SA since we arrived here two weeks ago. I would recommend it to everyone who vacations here for a genuine middle eastern thrill. Thank you.
