Check time of pick up as it, the airport transfer, can get you some free time at the airport to check in and Shop and relax
On time pick up (early) and arrived at airport in plenty of time. Driver met me at entrance to hotel.
Flight at 6am, gate will close at 5am, booked for 4am but operator changed pick up timing to 4.20am about 12 hours before scheduled pick up. Unable to cancel, unable to contact operator, contacted viator and promised to get back but did not. Without risking my flight, booked super shuttle direct and they responded within 15mins. For my alternative booking, scheduled for 4.05am and they came at 3.55am. In summary, pls book directly with local operators, viator can’t do anything to help.
Easy booking process with confirmation received. Picked up as described right on time. Friendly service and spacious luggage area.
Our shuttle was booked for 10am but did not arrive. When I rang the staff member was very vague. She could only offer their already scheduled service of 10.55 am Not a good experience. This shuttle driver was a little late due to traffic and was apologetic.

Lovely service. Not sure why pickup at 8:10 for 12:30 flight. Also would be nice to receive an email confirming time and pickup location as travelers often do not have international calling just texting
