It was a scam We waited for the driver and nobody showed up We are staying 2 days in Washington and we wasted the time for waiting for the pick up but no one showed up and nobody one even sent any communication I sent an email and nobody one replied back I wish I booked with another service provider

This is extremely concerning because this is not something we’ve experienced before, and I can’t seem to identify which reservation you’re referring to. Could you please let me know the date of your tour and the name the reservation was booked under? Once I have that information, I’ll investigate immediately. If there was an error on our end, I will personally make sure you receive either a full refund or, if you prefer, a credit toward another private tour. I sincerely apologize for the frustration and appreciate the opportunity to look into this and make it right.
