Sensational orchestration, communication and impeccable service. Clean, safe and elegant. Great driver who was genuinely polite, respectful.
Thank you for your kind words! We're thrilled to hear that you had such a positive experience with our service. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope to have the pleasure of serving you again soon!
It was easy to make reservation. They kept me informed via text. The car was very nice, clean and had water waiting. The drive was very polite, helpful and very informative. It might have been a short ride but well worth the money, I think.
Thank you so much for the great review! We’re really glad everything went smoothly and that you enjoyed the ride—even if it was a short one! Hope to see you again soon!
The driver was on time and very accessible via cell phone. The car was very clean and climatically comfortable.
Thank you for your kind words! We're glad to hear that you had a comfortable and smooth experience with us. Punctuality, cleanliness, and open communication are top priorities for our team. We look forward to serving you again in the future!
Our driver Gilbert was excellent! Arrived on time and the pickup from DCA airport to our hotel near the National Mall went very smoothly - especially after taking a red eye flight from LAX with three kids (ages 4-11). Highly recommend them for DCA ground transportation!
Thank you so much for your kind words! We're thrilled to hear that our driver made your arrival smooth and stress-free. We truly appreciate the recommendation and hope to welcome you again on your next visit to DC!
Clean and comfortable cars, careful drivers. Excellent service. From hiring to travel. Certainly, I would indicate and use again.
Muito obrigado pela sua avaliação! É gratificante saber que todo o processo, desde a contratação até a viagem, atendeu às suas expectativas. Ficamos felizes por saber que nos indicaria e será um prazer atendê-lo novamente no futuro!
Used the service twice in 3 days. We had delayed flights, issues getting into Arlington, and other problems. One of the only bright spots of our trip was working with Black Hawk. They were mindful of the extremely cold weather and elderly passengers. Courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and the absolute best.
Thank you for your kind words! We’re glad we could make your trip a little easier. Providing comfort and excellent service is always our priority. We look forward to welcoming you In DC again!
Chauffeur was on time, very courteous, and extremely patient and helpful in assisting me to get into the vehicle with my handicap. Thank you!
Dear Marian, Thank you so much for your review! It was a pleasure to serve you and we are hoping to see you again in Washington DC in the future!
As my early morning flight was getting closer and closer, I was getting more and more worried about how I would be able to find a cab or Uber at 3:50a. About 2 days prior, I found a few highly rated airport transit companies and started messaging/calling. I booked with Black Hawk not only because of their stellar ratings, but also because they were extremely responsive (and didn’t ghost me) which took a lot of the stress off. I was provided the driver’s contact upon payment which also gave me an extra sense of security that someone would be there and I could reach out if needed. The driver texted me just a few minutes prior to the pickup time to let me know he was here and was waiting to welcome me as I walked out. I was in good hands and made my 6a flight thanks to Black Hawk Sedans.
Dear Liezl, Thank you so much for your review! It was a pleasure to serve you and we are hoping to see you again in Washington DC in the future!
I LOVED EVERYTHING ! OUR DRIVER WAS VERY KIND, HE WAS ON TIME AND THE TRIP WAS VERY RELAXING! I WILL DEFINITELY BOOK AGAIN!

We decided on using Black Hawk Sedans after reading the reviews on Tripadvisor for our airport transfers. We are so glad we did. Their communication was excellent as we received a text and email with our driver's information prior to our arrival. The driver was a true professional and very informative about the city. He definitely went above and beyond his responsibilities. We also used them for our return to DCA airport and all went as smooth as possible. We highly recommend their services.
