The seafood dinner was delicious and filling. There were lots of fireflies and it was beautiful. Feeding the silver monkeys was fun.

The visit was great. For my daughter it was the best part of the trip. However the best parts were not the fireflies. Batu caves are amazing, interacting with the silverleaf monkeys and the food were amazing. The fireflies did not seem much more that what you would see in rural Maryland.

I was expecting a group Tour, but it was a private Tour. The tabaco smell in the car for me is a no-no. I was also expecting a Guide, but it was more of a Driver. Good Driver, polite, but with no knowledge about the Tour and a less than basic English… we were lost in translation during six hours.

Tour guide Helmi was fantastic. I thoroughly enjoyed spending the day with him. Only downside: I got scratched by an aggressive macaque at the Batu Caves and had to visit the ER the following morning for a rabies shot! Watch out for the crazy monkeys!

we were take to the Batu caves where the driver couldnt park so we had to get out & walk, then try & find him later, also he said we only had 40 minutes at the caves so were very rushed, we could have done with 90 minutes there, then later in the day we had almost 2 hours to have dinner ( which was a very poor standard)
Thank You very much for your precious time taken to give us this review kindly please take note that the batu caves temple in this tour is just an enroute which means its just a 30 mins photo stop before heading to a state called kuala selangor which is approximately 70+ kilometers might be 4 to 5 hours if its heavily traffic. if our driver was early then it means its clear on term of traffic on that particular day.And in term of food we take our guests to the local kuala selangor seafood quisine provided restaurant.Please understand that all our previous guests were had the same facilities.We appriciate ur time taken for this review.pls revert the details of the vehicle,date u've travelled,driver details through messanger for us to look forward,Thanks
This is the BEST TOUR!!! The Batu Caves are spectacular, we also saw temples, made friends with hundreds of monkeys, had a delicious Thai dinner, went on a boat ride to see the fireflies, and impromptu added 2 additional trips to feed the eagles and see the bioluminescent bay. I couldn't have asked for a better day.

The Batu caves are worth the 272 steps up, what a wonderful experience! The firefly dinner and tour was something different and recommend. Our guide Shah was the stand out, he made us very comfortable and was friendly and professional.

On a long layover at Kuala Lumpur airport, it was an incredible delight to spend the day with my driver Sha who took me to see some of the most amazing sites. Sha was kind, warm, funny, and an incredible companion for the day. I highly recommend this tour. Ask for Sha.
