I used this company on the way into Dar Es Salaam and had a great experience. The way out not so good. 1. The assigned driver called me at 7:45am to say they were at the hotel to pick me up. My actual pickup was 7:45PM. Even confirmed on the email. 2. I was in the hotel lobby waiting before 7:45. 7:50 I sent a WhatsApp to the driver Viator provided. I was given the number of another driver. No clue if this driver was vetted and approved, but I tried to contact to find out from Viator and Rhom Transport to find out. No reply. I’ve had to scramble to have my hotel arrange car service.
